Character Kit: Lieutenant Cassius

He leaned into a punch, plunging his power fist into the chest of a Tyranid Warrior form that had come to investigate the disruption. Gore splattered across Cassius’ helm and he roared with angelic fury, quickly pivoting under the deadly blades arms of the Tyranid. Unleashing a series of point blank shots into one of the creature’s many armpits, Cassius issued further orders, “We aren’t far from our target. First squad, secure and prepare this landing area. Second squad, on me. We push to find them. Here and now.” As the Tyranid slumped to the ground, Cassius gave it a final punch for certainty then turned to advance through one of the pulsing, ichor filled corridors of the hive ship, his yellow power fist dripping with gore…

This conversion kit includes a variety of bits from across the PGTM store, brought together on one sprue. It will allow you to create a one-of-a-kind character for your Chapter or your D-Watch Army. The kit is designed to fit a random model from the new Prime Marine or Chaos Marine line.* Though the parts very, each kit come with a full set of adjustable arms, 2 full sets of shoulder pads (One specifically prepared for DW), a head swap, a backpack (either standard or jet pack), knee/shin insignia, and weapon load outs (Melee, Ranged and/or Shield). The preview photo shows you what the sprue will look like. – Note: Base marine model not included.
Monkey Resin is a high-quality UV cured resin that will come attached to a support structure from the production process. The parts are however, pre-cleaned and ready for primer once removed. Use only super glue to adhere these parts to your models.
To remove the bits from their supports: submerge the whole assembly in water that is hot to the touch for 5 minutes. Use your fingernail to punch away several supports to create a starting point, and carefully peel your parts off of the remaining supports all together.
You can use a very fine-grit sandpaper if needed to smooth any surface or feature further. Always be sure to wear a mask when working around resin dust.
Fine Detail Plastic is an acrylic material capable of extremely high detail and is a popular choice for hobbyists creating scale models, miniature sets, and other decorative products. Although the surface can be uneven in color due to the nature of the printing process, after some light rinsing it take primer and paints up extremely well. Due to the nature of the material thin and small parts can break due to its brittleness, so handle with care. Use super glue to adhere these parts to your models.
Download STL File if you have your own 3D printer by selecting it under the Materials Options. The "Standard Triangle Language" or STL file format is native to the stereolithography/CAD software. Once you purchase this file you can print this product for yourself, and if I ever need to fix this file, and updated file will be sent to you automatically.
