Pop Goes the Monkey© only designs and promotes our products. We do not print these items ourselves; we rely on our high-quality industrial printing partners to bring them to you. This makes it possible to offer thousands of unique products without the tremendous cost of carrying inventory.
However, this means we are subject to their production policies and workflows. From the moment your payment is processed, your order is automatically sent to one or more of our third party production partners. This initiates a process that adds the items you've ordered to their batch printing process, which maximizes our printing speed and reduces our per item cost. Multiple batches are produced each day, but completing your order may still take a week to ten days to print, sort and package. Please be aware, Only-Games™ products (Grey Resin) may take up to 3 weeks to ship.
However, once your order is in this automated process, it cannot be canceled, or changed in any way. Since our support staff is limited and our operation integrates multiple companies and time zones, we require that your order must be deemed final at the point your payment has been successfully processed. Please be aware of this limitation with our process before you order and carefully choose your items and quantities accuracy before completing your transaction.
Once your items have been printed they are sent directly to you from that production facility. If your ordered items produced at different vendors, you will receive multiple packages in the mail from each facility. This is known as combined shipping orders. All shipping cost from each vendor will be combined into the total shipping cost shown at check out. If your shipping cost appears higher than you expect, it's most-likely due to being a combined shipping order. You will receive multiple tracking numbers when each part of your order is shipped, so you known when to expect your full order to arrive.
We can offer reprints or refunds only if an error was made in our production process or your item is damaged or defective when you receive it. If any item is damaged or defective please take a photo of the products you received along with the packing slip to the email our help deck.
