Full Kit - Phobos Battle Tank: LC (Convertible) (MR)
The Phobos Battle Tank is designed to represent a Deimos Pattern Predator with some notable exceptions. Unlike a standard resin kit, this product incorporated spaces to insert magnets to allow you easily change your weapon options. The turret and sponcons uses 6 (8mm x 2mm), 8 (3mm x 3mm) and 6 (3mm x 3mm) magnets which is comparable with all our other Phobos turret weapon options.
This kit is compatible with the turret plate of a standard Rhino model so, you can quickly transform your troop carrier into a Phobos Battle Tank and back again without the need for glue. With this and our other Vehicle weapons and parts, you can make each of you models more versatile.*
Monkey Resin is a high-quality UV cured resin that will come attached to a support structure from the production process. The parts are however, pre-cleaned and ready for primer once removed. Use only super glue to adhere these parts to your models.
To remove the bits from their supports: submerge the whole assembly in water that is hot to the touch for 5 minutes. Use your fingernail to punch away several supports to create a starting point, and carefully peel your parts off of the remaining supports all together.
You can use a very fine-grit sandpaper if needed to smooth any surface or feature further. Always be sure to wear a mask when working around resin dust.
Fine Detail Plastic is an acrylic material capable of extremely high detail and is a popular choice for hobbyists creating scale models, miniature sets, and other decorative products. Although the surface can be uneven in color due to the nature of the printing process, after some light rinsing it take primer and paints up extremely well. Due to the nature of the material thin and small parts can break due to its brittleness, so handle with care. Use super glue to adhere these parts to your models.
