Pop Goes the Monkey® only designs and promotes our products. We do not print these items ourselves; we rely on our high-quality industrial printing partners to bring them to you. This allows us to offer thousands of unique products without the tremendous cost of carrying inventory.
However, this means we are subject to their production policies and workflows. Your order is automatically sent to one or more of our third-party production partners when your payment is processed. This initiates a process that adds the items you've ordered to their batch printing process, which maximizes our printing speed and reduces our per-item cost. Multiple batches are produced daily, but completing your order may take up to 2 weeks to print, sort, and package. Please be aware that Grey Resin products (from Only-Games™) may take longer than 3 weeks to ship.
Once your order is in this automated process, it cannot be canceled or changed in any way. Since our support staff is limited and our operation integrates multiple companies and time zones, we require that your order be deemed final when your payment has been successfully processed. Please be aware of this limitation with our process before you order, and carefully choose your items and quantities accurately before completing your transaction.
After your items have been printed, they are sent directly to you by that production facility. If different vendors produce the items you ordered, you will receive multiple packages in the mail from each facility. This is known as combined shipping orders. All shipping costs from each vendor will be combined into the total shipping cost shown at checkout. If your shipping cost appears higher than you expect, it's most likely due to being a combined shipping order. You will receive multiple tracking numbers when each part of your order is shipped, so you know when to expect your entire order to arrive.
If you encounter any issues with your order after receiving your package, please email help@popgoesthemonkey.com with your order number, a description of the problem, a photo of the products you received, and the packing slip. We can only offer exchanges or refunds in the event of a production error or if your item is damaged or defective upon receipt.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not offer a traditional return policy. Once you have commissioned a product, we cannot accept returns or refunds, even if the item is not what you expected.
