Perfect for fans of the classic “Boxnought” walkers that once dominated tabletops. This updated design features reworked proportions, alternate shin armor, poseable legs, and articulated toes, allowing you to create dynamic, characterful poses that can easily become the centerpiece of your collection.

Our customers report that this conversion kit works especially well with the Primaris Redemptor Dreadnought kit. Results may vary with other, similar kits. This kit will reduce the overall height of your redemptor model by about 0.8 cm (about 1/3 inch). Assembly suggestions are listed below.

This kit includes:

  • Two shin armor options for each leg to customize the look
  • One foot with articulated toes for dynamic, aggressive poses
  • One flat foot for added stability on bases and terrain
  • Base is NOT included.

Monkey Resin 3 is a high-quality, UV-cured resin designed for strength, impact resistance, and precise detail reproduction. Its low shrinkage rate prevents distortion or loss of fine features while providing a refined surface with stunning details.

These parts will arrive attached to their support structure, ensuring all components remain secure during transportation. Most parts can be easily removed by hand; however, if you soak them in hot tap water for 5 minutes, they will come off much easier. Some attachments may require snippers or a hobby knife for a cleaner detachment. Please make sure you use sharp tools carefully to avoid injury. Once removed, all products are pre-cleaned and ready for primer and paint. Use only super glue to adhere these parts to your models.

Here are some suggestions from assembling the legs:

  1. Test poses first using Blu Tack or similar – a slightly wider stance usually looks more natural than legs straight down.
  2. Dry-fit shin armor before posing; it limits foot movement. Do not glue it until after pistons are installed.
  3. Recommended glue order: Thighs → Shins → Hips → Feet, then add pistons.
Always dry-fit pistons before gluing; you may need to trim the upper shafts depending on the pose.
  4. Use fine tweezers to position pistons; glue only the connectors if preferred, and align the two halves before the glue sets.
  5. Glue shin armor and kneepads after pistons are in place, either before or after painting.
