Made Fresh Daily
Once your order is processed, it is sent directly to my suppliers where your products are produced on-demand. There are no warehouses or inventory. Your order is made "FRESH" just for you and send directly from the production floor to your doorstep.
Because of this, your orders will come in a packages branded by my manufacturers, like Shapeways or Monkey Resin™. The time it takes to produce your order is NOT included in the delivery time estimate, but you will be contacted once the package has shipped from the distribution centers.
Please Be Aware that items produced in Fine-Detail Plastic and Monkey Resin™ are produced, packaged and shipped from separate locations. If your order includes both materials, your final shipping price will be the combined total for shipping both packages. This will most likely result in one part of your order showing up before the other.
Products created through Shapeway (Fine-Detail Plastic) or Monkey Resin™ generally take 5-10 business days to be produced, but Apparel can be fulfilled within a 3-5 days. Some exceptions do apply for embroidered items wich can take a few extra days.

Please remember that the delivery time estimates do not include production times, they are strictly estimates that indicate how long your package may take to arrive after it ships. You will receive an email to the email address linked to your Pop Goes the Monkey account as soon as your order is shipped. This email will contain a tracking code you can use to check the current status of your shipment.
Please note that our carriers only pick up orders on business days and it may take a couple of hours for the status to update online. If you order was shipped on Saturday, you will be able to see a status change on Monday evening the earliest.
