Even though the description of your product says it will fit my model, it dose not look like the correct scale?

Answer: As the years go by new models come out and sometime the model companies change the scale or proportions of their products. Most of my product pre-date these changes and even if the descriptions says it will fit, this was written back when it did. Please refer to this page for further information about this issue and tips to help.

I just placed an order and I forgot an item I wanted. Can you add it to my order to avoid additional shipping cost?

Answer: Due to the custom print-on-demand and third-party fulfillment nature of our products, I cannot cancel or change your order after it is placed. The products enter an automated production schedule shortly after it's placed.  For that reason, we are unable to offer returns or refunds unless an error was made in fulfilling your order or your item is damaged or defective when you receive it.

If it is damaged or defective when you receive it, Please send a photo of the products your received along with the packing label to our Help Deck within 7 days of receipt.

We are also unable to offer exchanges except for sized apparel items, in which case you may request to exchange an item for an identical item in a different size within 7 days of receipt.

Because of this, please check your order twice before clicking the submit button.

If this is an issue you are worried about, there is a work around. Shop directly on My Shapeways Store. There you have more option to make a second order and select "Ship with previous order" under the shipping options. (Note: this only works if the first order was ordered directly from my Shapeways as well)

Do the Shoulder Insignia Sets fit on primaris marine models?

 

Answer: Yes, they do. In fact they will fit on most any shoulder or rounded surface.

I have a problem with the product that was shipped to me, can you fix it?

Answer: Yes. Please send a photo of the products you receiver and the packing slip along with a description of the problem to help@popgoesthemonkey.com. I will need them to send off to my contacts at Shapeways to help resolve the issue.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Answer: NO. Due to the custom print-on-demand and third-party fulfillment nature of our products, I cannot cancel or change your order after it is placed. The products enter an automated production schedule shortly after you place your order.  Because of this, please check your order twice before clicking the submit button.

You had a product available in you store before that I can’t find anymore, what happened?

Answer: If the design was very similar to a popular Legion or Chapter, it may have been taken down due to a request or copyright challenge. Changes will be made to these design and new products will be put up to replace them. I would suggest searching by a common name in the search box at the top of the screen.

Do I have to join the Pop Goes the Monkey-LIVE Discord serve to get a custom bit or insignia made?

Answer: For now, YES. I use this platform as a way to manage all my request though one portal. I get request from every platforms and it becomes overwhelming. However, joining is FREE use this link https://discord.gg/RdXr5fR

Since the exact product I want was taken down, can you still make and sell them to me for personal use?

Answer: No

Do you sell your STL files?

Answer: Yes, but not on every product. Look for specially marked items that indicate that a .STL file downloads are available. Then select "Download STL File" under the Materials options. 

Once they are purchased, if any edits to the files are made an automatic message will be sent to you to allow you to download the revised file at no additional charge.
