I just placed an order and I forgot an item I wanted. Can you add it to my order to avoid additional shipping cost?

Answer: I really wish I could, but No I can not. Once you submit your order it automatically submits it to Shapeways. I can not make any further changes to your order other than canceling it. However, I can not cancel it if Shapeways has already started production. Due to the automatic nature of how this system works, your order might be in production within minutes of you submitting it.

Because of this, please check your order twice before clicking the submit button.

If this is an issue you are worried about, there is a work around. Shop directly on My Shapeways Store. There you have the option to make a second order and select "Ship with previous order" under the shipping options. (Note: this only works if the first order was ordered directly from my Shapeways)

Do the Shoulder Insignia Sets fit on primaris marine models?

Answer: Yes, they do. In fact they will fit on most any shoulder or rounded surface.

Can I still use and buy stuff from your Shapeways store?

Answer: Yes. That site will still be supported and updated just like this site. In fact, you can select alternative shipping options that I can't offer here (aka. Express or next day delivery). However, any discount codes and site specific offers will only be available on this site.

I have a problem with the product that was shipped to me, can you fix it?

Answer: Yes. Please send a photo of the products you receiver and the packing slip along with a description of the problem to help@popgoesthemonkey.com. I will need them to send off to my contacts at Shapeways to help resolve the issue.

You had a product available in you store before that I can’t find anymore, what happened?

Answer: If the design was very similar to a popular Legion or Chapter, it was taken down by Shapeways due to a request from GW due to copyright challenge. I will or have be made design changes to these design and have put new products up to replace them. I would suggest searching for them in the “Sort by Themes” section at the bottom of my sidebar menu.

Can I get a 3D printed (Shapeways) product shipped to me quicker than your standard shipping option?

Answer: Yes, but you will have to go to http://old.popgoesthemonkey.com and order it there. Currently I only have the option to select the "Cheapest" or "Fastest" shipping options for all Shapeways products, and I chose the less expensive option.  However, any discount codes and site specific offers for this site will not work on the old Shapeways store.

Do I have to become a Patron of yours on www.patreon.com/PopGoestheMonkey to get a custom bit or insignia made?

Answer: For now, YES. I use this platform as a way to manage all my request though one portal. I get request from every platforms and it becomes overwhelming. Currently I am only taking on 5 requests per month. See this patreon post for details.

Since the exact product I want was taken down, can you still make and sell them to me without using Shapeways?

Answer: No

Do you sell your STL files?

Answer: Yes, but not on every product. Look for specially marked items that indicate that a .STL file downloads are available. Then select "Download STL File" under the Materials options. 

Once they are purchased, if any edits to the files are made an automatic message will be sent to you to allow you to download the revised file at no additional charge.

Will you be closing down your Shapeways store?
