On June 23rd 2015, I made my first sale as Pop Goes the Monkey. Little did I know I would be where I'm at today.
To celebrate my 10th year, I've decided to run a sweepstake to bring some lucky winner's very own home brew chapter or Warband to life with various products from the Pop Goes the Monkey catalog. The winner will also receive a $500 gift certificate to use to bring all these one-of-a-kind products home.
- Your chapter can be Loyalist, Heretics, or something in between, but all the final branded products for your chapter will be for Space Marine models only on product lines I already have built.
- The winning symbol will be a unique design. Do not submit licensed, copyrighted, or inappropriate artwork (i.e., sports team logos, company logos, Star Wars imagery, offensive symbology, etc.)
- If you commission an artist to help you create your artwork, be sure that it is understood that all rights to the work will transfer to Pop Goes the Monkey, and the artist will relinquish all rights to it. Pay them generously for their service if needed.
- Most likely, all symbols and artwork will be edited to meet the requirements and format of our products. Please know that final designs may look different from those submitted.
- When it comes to selecting our finalists, a good theme and flavorful lore with a rich opportunity for iconic products will be more important than the symbol.

Watch things come together on 2+Tough
I reached out to Doug, one of our Discord members, who puts together a wonderful YouTube channel called 2+ Tough. On this channel, you'll find loads of great hobby content for tabletop gaming, including lore, product reviews, and hobby discussions.
He will be creating a few videos to promote the 10th Anniversary Home Brew Sweepstakes, including a detailed lore video for the winner. So if you haven't already, please subscribe to his channel to see the latest in how things are going with the contest.
Flash from the Past
Check out my very first logo. Moonie looked a bit cock-eyed back in 2015. I'm happy I got him squared away now.
